From farm to table, every step is meticulously managed to ensure a unique gastronomic experience. The process is strictly artisanal, and the meat is aged in climate-controlled rooms and natural environments to preserve authentic flavors and superior quality. The success of the delicatessen is thanks to Sabatino Cillo, a master butcher of the Swiss school.
