The Cascina Pastori project took shape in the early 2000s as a result of the passion for wine of Antonio Colombo, an internationally renowned cardiologist who later strongly wanted Riccardo Cotarella at his side. The hilly farmhouse’s vineyards are located within a picturesque amphitheatre facing south-east, on marly-calcareous soils, ideal for the cultivation of Pinot Nero, Chardonnay and Moscato, bringing a virtuously modern style, starting with parceled vinification.
