Unmissable stop for Milanese and non-locals (including foreigners, fascinated by the old-style ambiance) in the city, Nuovo Macello continues its fine work of proposing a synthesis between tradition (not only the thick cotoletta schnitzel, specialty of the house and now cult dish for enthusiasts) and Italian style with dishes that are always more enjoyable in terms of quality and preparation. This double vision, combined with a never banal wine cellar, makes the historic Traversone "trattoria" complete and super reliable. Business lunch at 18 euros and tasting menu at 26.
