This restaurant opened by Shanon Scott in 2014 is increasingly focused and centered. The menu features the rich repertoire of Southern Italian cuisine, with authentic recipes and products imported directly from Italy. Chef is Angelo Cuppone, originally from Pesaro. Starters include arancini rice balls, classic and tasty Creste di Gallo alla nroma (macaroni pasta in tomato sauce, diced eggplant and ricotta salata cheese) or a delicate fillet of red snapper served with potatoes, olives and capers. The wine list also draws among the vineyards of Southern Italy with lesser-known wineries. This is a solid and coherent project with attentive and professional service.
