Some fresh breeze of Rome in the heart of Stockholm. Chef Gabriele Paziani, which has been succesfully working in the Eternal City and abroad, has opened a totally new concept of Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is easygoing and unpretentious, the flavors and textures are 100% Italian thanks to quality ingredients and good skills. From the menu we strongly suggest the mouthwatering fried polpette di bollito on a parmesan cream and the fettuccine pasta with artichokes, mint and pecorino cheese. From the secondi, go for the lamb. No frills service and ambience, the homemade bread and focaccia display a good quality. The wine list is small but charged with many quality Italian artisans. This is the most upcoming Italian restaurant in town.
