Enrico de Martino is demonstrating all his talent in this restaurant on the second floor of The Reverie Saigon. Among the highly recommended dishes we suggest the Neapolitan paccheri with an old school meat ragout recipe, perfect in the cooking and in the intensity of the flavours. The risotto we tasted was with porcini; finally, the catch of the day cooked simply with a light tomato and water bath. Meals close with a noteworthy babà. Very extensive wine list, with many Italian references that are otherwise difficult to find in Vietnam, together with an international profile rich with France and a new world wines.
