Artisan cured meats from virtuous breedings, natural vegetables, cheeses from small, very small producers. Among the classic Pizzarium signature toppings we recommend a mythical “potatoes and mozzarella”, the simple yet tasty very plain tomato, or peppers with burrata, or sunflowers and anchovies. Prices are higher than average but more than justified by the quality.
