After Storie Dipinte in Bologna, in collaboration with the Moeder Lambic brewery, Francesco Oppido has opened this restaurant where, once again, pizza is the protagonist. The dough is made with sourdough starter that comes directly from the Cantillon brewery and is topped with high-quality products from the area or imported from Italy. We opted for a tasty Vacanze zucchine with fior di latte, zucchini, ricotta, crispy speck and lemon zest; and a delicious Fuori Norma, with yellow tomato sauce, smoked mozzarella di bufala, aubergines and salted ricotta. Beverages include a varied selection of craft beers and a wine list with labels from small Italian producers.
The best pizzerias are marked with 1,2,3 'spicchi' according to their quality grades.
