A first year that was certainly not easy for Francesco Oppido’s beautiful pizzeria, which we had already enjoyed in Bologna with the pizza by Storie Dipinte, in collaboration with Moeder Lambic brewery. The pizza, in fact, is made with natural starter from the Cantillon brewery, and is topped with products selected from Belgium or imported from Italy, of the highest order. Musts include the excellent Mimosa with yellow Piennolo tomatoes, mozzarella and oregano; and the Nuvola, topped with 36-month prosciutto di Bettella, stracciatella, lemon zest. There are plenty of drinking options between a proposal of craft beers and wines from small Italian producers.
