Opera Bombana is running at full speed. Thanks to the work of chef Andrea Susto we noticed a huge switch in terms of sharp and purity of flavors. From the menu, we point out the homemade cavatelli with Hokkaido sea urchin, the risotto with Yunnan porcini mushrooms and alps cheeses, or the perfectly cooked oxtail ravioli. Among the main courses, the tuscan-style rib-eye is a must try. Leave some space for desserts, which are among the top ones in town. The wine list is very extensive and well-structured, with an international twist that we also found in the ingredients employed.
