La Vecchia Signora

Average Price: kr 300

In the Indre By district, in the very heart of Copenhagen, in a picturesque half-timbered building from 1753, we find Vecchia Signora, the city’s first pizzeria with a wood-stoked oven. The pioneers of the enterprise are Achille Melis and Olimpia Grussu who changed the image of Italian pizza in the city, and where the quality of the pies is growing exponentially. The style is halfway between a Neapolitan and Roman pizza, quality flours, friable and well-topped pizzas with carefully selected and well-dosed ingredients. In addition to an excellent Margherita and other classic pies, savour the various traditional Italian dishes, desserts or typical cheeses, with an eye on Sardinia.
