It’s a small step from Brusaporto to St Moritz, and so the Cerea brothers will offer gain their food in Switzerland from December 8 to January 13, at a restaurant – an offshoot of the glorious Da Vittorio – in the Hotel Carlton. The dining room seats just over 40 people and is flanked by a second room able to accommodate a further 16 diners. Their food is a successful blend of “Lombard tradition and creative genius”, precision and technique, cooking methods and creativity. Among the top names in the Italian restaurant world, Cerea brothers double their offerings in the winter by playing at home and away, taking turns in both the dining room and in the kitchen in the two locations.
