Not your usual hotel restaurant. Starting from the creativity behind the dishes, as well as the ingredients that, unlike many hotel restaurants, really follow the seasons. We recommend the absolute chickpea or the sweet flavour of the Zibello culatello to begin with. Among the pasta courses are ravioli, cacio e pepe, with lard and smoked pepper, while among the mains, the orange duck proved tantalizing. Very extensive wine list, with lots of French bottles and also a valid selection of Italian labels, plus a brilliant selection of orange wines
