Umberto Bombana among the many venues he opened has focused on Italian tradition and cuisine. Here you can taste typical dishes and of course excellent pizza. Parmigiana, carbonara, and tasty meat dishes are flanked by well-topped pies that are rolled out by hand. The 36-hour leavening and the mixing of 5 flours give a fragrant and crumbly bite. The classic Margherita is well executed with excellent ingredients, but for the hard to please choose the Tartufo nero, with sausage, taleggio, mozzarella, egg yolk and black truffle, which offers a rich and satisfying bite. Excellent selection of wines, curated and with many Italian references. Friendly and attentive service.
