Bijou continues to offer an extraordinary gastronomic experience at the foot of Montmartre: undoubtedly one of the best pizzas in the world, with sublime quality ingredients and a very light and airy crust. The blend of flours he developed includes wholemeal, semi-wholemeal and other cereals, plus a perfect leavening lead to pies of an incredible lightness. Among the new pizzas on the menu we point out the version with black angus and stracciatella or the excellent stracchino, figs and prosciutto.
