Five bourbon-style rooms with art gallery dedicated to the period and cocktail and food bar for a sharing of styles (drinks, wines, bistros and restaurants for all needs and pockets) in a warm and elegant location with tufa stone and wood finishings. The menu is the history of 1700s to modern day Naples, rediscovered and represented masterfully. Parmigiana in the form of a reconstructed whole eggplant is a fine example; from the fusion of two cornerstones of tradition comes seafood zuppa di mare with mozzarella stuffed potato gnocchi. Sweet ending: the historical pastiera cloud. Drinks are equally tantalizing.
