Small, with attention to detail and a contemporary flair, Anima is a young place for young people. The idea is is reproducing an old Venetian bacaro, serving cicchetti and fun, immediate, fast dishes. It looks like they have lots of fun in the kitchen, inventing dishes according to inspiration, as well as in the dining room, where customers are always entertained. The opening is recent, for now the formula seems centered, let’s see what happens next.
