We cook, we don’t invent! This is the motto of a restaurant that’s still very little known in the Russian capital and that we discovered thanks to word of mouth among some of the city’s best chefs. As a matter of fact, we found confirmation in a place that cooks few things but cooked very well. The Neapolitan philosophy is respected in the ingredients, in the baking and in the flavours as has rarely happened to us in Russia. We recommend the O’ Sarracino pizza with tomatoes, mozzarella, spicy salami, Taggiasca olives and basil. The tiramisu is also good quality.
