Description
The burrata, made with raw milk (in addition to cream, rennet, salt and citric acid), is picture perfect in appearance: the classic, white flask shape, smooth and bright like porcelain, with a soft heart of cream and strips of stretched curd. Very delicate aromas of fresh milk and butter, and faint vegetal hints. In the mouth it's rich, intense and persistent, with nice flavors of fresh milk and cream.
