Siblings Claudio and Claudia Pistocchi are famous for the cake named after them: an artisanal large, soft handcrafted chocolate bonbon made only with dark chocolate, dark cocoa powder and a little cream. No sugar, eggs, butter, flour or preservatives. To die for and invented by Claudio in 1990, with the classic version now flanked with chilli, sour cherry, Sicilian citrus, coffee, pear, strawberry, white chocolate and orange peel variants. There is also the exotic Torta Elisa cake and other sweet temptations.
