Its production processes aim for low environmental impact and its preservative-free products are packaged in a modified environment, guaranteeing freshness and nutritional qualities. Its wide range includes Arborio, Baldo, Carnaroli, and Vialone Nano rice; organic Selenio, Ermes Rosso, Venere Nero, wholegrain, Apollo and Basmati rice. It also produces ready-to-cook risottos, flours, cereals and pulses, crackers, grissini, and other treats.
