Pietro Staderini opened his coffee-roasting business in 1976 because he was unhappy with coffee on offer and wanted to give his customers something better. He only works with premium varieties, from the world’s best coffee-growing countries like El Salvador, Ethiopia, Costa Rica, Kenya, Cuba, Brazil, Honduras, and Guatemala. The beans are toasted using artisanal methods to product top-quality blends. The range includes organic coffee from Nicaragua and rare coffees from Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Pietro’s son Alessandro works with him, following in his father’s footsteps to maintain high production standards.
