Founded in 1795 as a comfit-maker, famous for its aniseed-filled anisini, today this family-run patisseur is one of the best in Italy, whose attention to quality goes hand-in-hand with love of the environment. Products include tea and fancy biscuits, sweet cantucci but also a delicious savoury version; chocolate and pralines; coated hazelnuts and citrus peel. During festivities they produce a range of colomba, Easter eggs, nougats in different sizes, and classic and not-so-classic panettone.
