Giorgio Mengazzoli turned his dream into a real company and now works with his offspring to ensure ingredients and careful control of the various stages make their product range one of the highest order. The lead role is played by the Balsamico di Modena in both PGI and PDO versions. Then there are wine vinegars, aromatized and monovarietal, and cider vinegar. There are also condiments, cream of balsamic vinegar in special flavours, including macha tea; balsamic pearls; a line of organic vinegars; and the new-born line of liquid gourmet salt.
