Laura Raccah’s world is made up of biscotti. She prepares them with love, using Kosher and certified Slow Food methods, and organic ingredients, in her kitchen workspace. Her creations include the Giuly Cookie (with vanilla and chocolate chips), the Candy Spice (with cinnamon, cloves, ginger and nutmeg) and the Ghilty (with cocoa, orange peel, pieces of dark chocolate and candied orange). The products’ packaging looks as good as they taste.
