The Sepertino family have been operating since 1930 and are now one of the most important businesses in the region. They offer a robust selection of high-quality cheeses, both fresh and aged, and from both goat and cow milk. Asiago stands out among their aged cheeses, along with the Bra, the Rashera and the Castelmagno PDO. Stracchino, primosale and robiola di Roccaverano PDO are among their featured fresh cheeses. Their butter also deserves to be mentioned (there’s also a version with Himalayan salt). Organic cheeses from certified milk sources are also available
