Founded in 1932 by Vincenzo Bonifanti, the business now belongs to the Grondona family, which has kept faith with the original philosophy of attention to raw materials and to artisanal crafting. The range of sweet treats on offer is extensive: petit fours, baci di dama, amaretti, marron glacé, tortelle (a kind of plum cake), moretti, and chocolate truffles, large and bite-size nougats. Then there are panettone, pandoro and colomba, available in several versions and with elegant gift boxes.
