Dating back to 1860, after five generations Pastificio Morelli continues with the same specialities produced with age-old crafting, with no use of preservatives and colouring agents. The pasta is rich in flavour, like the wheat germ tacconi (also in the egg line) and traditional pici senesi and spelt tagliatelle pastas, not to mention a series of cereals and flavoured types.
