Fugu Restaurant

Fugu is the realm of chef Ivan Scrimitore, who has traveled the world and brought it here, combining foreign flavors and local ingredients. At the northern entrance to the city, adjoining the Augustinian complex, you'll find a Japanese cuisine venue that leaves room for other specialties as well.
