Founded in 1954, Tanara is among well known among Parma Dop prosciutto producers. Behind the fame and quality of its raw ham is a long tradition wrought of dedication and solid experience, a family-management style and authentic craftsmanship. Together these qualities form the basis of all their products, both their Dop hams and their excellent Emilia-based prosciuttos, drawing on local white and black Parma pigs.
