It’s thanks to Giordano Michelazzi that this charcuterie producer saw the light of day back in 1977 (they’ve been headquartered in Carpaneto Piacentino since 1985). The art of butchery here is a serious matter, starting with the meticulous selection of local pork. The rest is made possible by the climate at the foot of the hills, where they operate.
