In 1951 Fernando Gianferrari and his wife, Maria, began producing cured meats. The art has been handed down to children and grandchildren, giving rise to high-level products. The meats, sourced from heavy pigs born, raised and slaughtered in Italy, is processed by hand without preservatives.
