Caseificio Simone


In 2001 brothers Vincenzo and Michele Simone launched this family-run business, bolstered by the experience handed down to them by their father, Vito, and by their grandparents and great-grandparents before him. All the milk is collected locally from trusted cattle farmers who use natural rearing techniques. The result is ricotta, stracciatella, mozzarella, nodini, scamorza (plain and smoked) and other delicious products.
